What if I am unhappy with my purchase for any reason?
It is our goal that customers be absolutely satisfied with their purchases. This starts by informing you of the necessary information for you to make informed purchases. If your item doesn’t match the description, or if you receive an item that is damaged or defective. If you are unhappy with a purchase for any reason you can return it for a full refund or exchange it for a a product of equal or lesser value within 60 days or receipt of delivery.
Extended Return Window for Holiday Season:
If you purchased an item from our website or in the store between October 31st and January 31st, you will have 75 days from the date of delivery in which to return the item. For example an item purchased on January 31st 2024 would be returnable no later than April 15, 2024.
How do I get a return shipping label?
If you need to return an item for any reason, you can use the "Contact Us" form on the website to request a return shipping label make sure to include your order number, or call us Monday - Saturday 9am to 6pm at (520) 884-8880.
Am I responsible for the return shipping or any other costs?
We do not charge a restocking fee and as log as the the return meets all the conditions and terms set forth in this policy we will either provide you with a return shipping label at no charge to you or if you prefer you can purchase a return shipping label from the carrier of your choice and we will reimburse you for the cost.

When do I get my Money?
We will refund your full purchase price within 48 hours of receiving the returned item. We retain the right to deny a refund if we suspect fraud or misrepresentation. Shipment processing time
In order to offer you the lowest prices possible, we structure our order processing on a weekly basis. With all order’s received over the previous week processed on Monday 3 pm Mountain Standard excluding holidays. If Monday should fall on a holiday orders will be processed the following business day by 3 pm. We are committed to delivery products to our customers in ways that respect our planet and environment. We take our role as global citizens very seriously. It is likely that other online retailers can promise you faster delivery times. We can promise you that your items are delivered via sustainable and responsible supply chains that exceed the industry standards for reduced CO2 emissions. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

All orders placed over a week Sunday through Friday with be processed the following Monday excluding Holidays. So, an order placed Sunday night will be processed the next day by 3 pm. Likewise an order placed on Friday night will be processed on the third day by 3pm. You will receive a confirmation e-mail when your item ships, should you need to check that status of an order please fill out the “My Order Status” form on our web-page. We ship most items via USPS Priority Mail International delivery time: 6–10 business days.
